I consider this my daily vitamins (I take supplements too) It is my whole food superfood vitamin drink… 60 ml of Ningxia Red. Either on its own or mixed with sparkling water, water or added to my smoothie. Ningxia has helped with my energy levels, and gives the the nutrients I need for my health.
