Family Favourite Green Smoothie

We try to have a smoothie every morning as a family! This one is a classic green smoothie with spinach from the garden.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Spinach

1 or 2 Bananas

1 Carrot

1/2 Handful of Berries

1 Cup Macadamia milk. (We usually prefer pea milk which is higher in calcium and has significantly more protein!)

1/2 Cup Water

Handful Nuts

Half Avocado

1 Tbsp Organic Honey

1 Tsp Flaxmeal *optional

1 Tbs Spirulina

Maca Powder (I get macro maca powder)

1 Tbs Pea protein (I do this two times a week)

3 cubes of Ice

Serves Four

Method

Blend together and serve Immediately

The kids love drinking their smoothie in a mug with these stainless steel straws.
