Ningxia Smoothie


One way I love to pack in the nutrients daily is a smoothie, mid morning or after a work out.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Spinach

1 or 2 Bananas

1 cup Berries (blue berries and strawberries)

1 Cup Cashew milk or other nut milk.

1 Cup Cup Water

Half Avocado

2 cubes ice

1 Tsp Flaxmeal *optional

1 Scoop Megacal, (magnesium and calcium supplement)

1 scoop Pea protein
